Thanks for the compliment! My pizzas usually turn out fairly decently unless I rush something or work too much flour into the dough.

It seems close to the spirit of pizza to make use of a few good leftover ingredients, even if they are a bit unconventional...

one of my favorite pizza toppings (home-made, of course) is corn with tuna-mayo. just mix a can of tuna with some mayo and sprinkle it on. i definitely stole the idea from domino's in japan.

gotta try the mizuna though. good stuff!
