I'd love to, but when cooking, I am usually not very good at writing down, recalling, or measuring every ingredient. That's one of the reasons precise recipes are so rare on my blog: I tend to make decisions based on the seasonal quirks of what I'm cooking

I may be able to post a reasonably detailed recipe for the cashew-based sauce, since I actually base that roughly on something from a Japanese cookbook... Of course, mine is a little different than the original and I'm usually not that concerned with exact replication of the dish.
